All the sights of central Dublin are easily reached by catching the Luas (tram) from the stop across the road and it will whisk you into the city in under 20 minutes.

The peaceful surroundings of Sandyford Industrial Estate are home to over 600 companies including many multinationals such as: Microsoft, Vodafone and Merrill Lynch. Set against a scenic backdrop of the Dublin Mountains and Killiney Hill the area has a relaxed, park like feel. We are lucky to have some great south Dublin restaurants within a few minutes walk and Sandyford is also home to the Beacon private hospital and Beacon clinic, many apartment developments and shops.

The largest shopping development of its kind in Ireland, Dundrum Town Centre is only minutes from Premier Apartments and home to over 130 shops, a great choice of restaurants and bars, a nightclub, multi-screen cinema and theatre.

Nearby affluent neighbourhoods including Dalkey, Killiney, Rathfarham, Ranelagh and Bray are easily reached either by car, bus or excellent DART links and each offers plenty to see and do in south Dublin with distinct delights and charm.
